Fear

Fear can be damaging to both our mental and physical health, stopping us from living our lives, but there are so many things we can do to help ourselves to face and manage those fears.

The courses offered are based upon the principles and learning from ‘Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway’ written by Susan Jeffers, applying the learning from my own cancer experience and those of other people I have met along the way.
